So my water was shut off I been getting the run around with documentation fax them multiple times my job has faxed them paperwork as well they claim they didn’t receive anything. I personally printed the documents and dropped them off I spoke to this lady and she sound kind of irritated with me but I don’t know why when I’m stepping out my Comfort zone to ask for help she responded we have 30days and I know that and understand that I just wanted to know if they going to help me or not so I can know what was my next move so my mind is everywhere and off the roof. I wasn’t trying to give her a hard time or anything I just need to know the next steps and what was going on still don’t know what’s going on with my application today no one answers the phones and if they do they finally answer when the day is about over yes I know it’s not there problem what’s going on with me but you guys suppose to help and communicate and that’s not being done.

Of all my 45 years of living I've never run into an organization that generally cares about your well being. Most places will frown at u because of your circumstances but these people are a god send! They helped me when I thought I had no help and they were swift and efficient in doing so. The help is there if u reach out. I pray that God will bless these people in everything they do and touch!!! They did not and will not help... I need help with electric deposit, I don't work as I care for my disabled wife, they are letting the electric be shut off because I cannot prove I don't have a job. They said they want a statement from my previous employer, but that was from 7 months ago, it will not prove I didn't work in December.

Benefit to the community they help people who need help you can apply to have utilities paid but not your wastewater utilities from the city but there are other programs are more than glad to help you with the people are the nicest you could ever meet and are willing to help you and they know what they're doing we can help you with your housing I would recommend them.
